Profile
For many years I have been working with couples that are locked in endless arguments and fighting or have drifted into a disengaged parallel life as roommates. In the moment-to-moment interaction in the session we will uncover how each of the partners dis-regulates the other and makes meaningful conversations impossible. You will develop new ways to interact that are less triggering, more effective, more intimate and less defended. The relationship can become “a home” that allows the free expression of needs and feelings and makes each of you being fully invested in the others growth and well-being.
